Status of Project - May 23, 2026 - Additional photos of the build.
Status of Project - May 19, 2026 - A few additional photos of the entrance to the ADU from the porch/deck and of the bedroom after made larger by elimination of a wall. Next is roof dry-in, field measurement of cabinets, then floors finished in ADU. We remain on schedule using the original schedule.
Status of Project - May 15, 2026 - Framers kicked butt and finished in two weeks. They did an amazing job. We are technically ahead of schedule but a missing window may put some obstacles in front of us. Check out the drone photos taken by our client, Jon. Very cool. Also a photo of them watching the progress and of Janice looking out her kitchen window.
Status of Project - May 1, 2026 - Inspection completed and concrete poured and cured ready for framers to begin May 4, 2026, We continue to stay on schedule. Note the soon-to-be occupant checking things out and also supervising the concrete pour while sipping her morning coffee.
Status of Project - April 17, 2026 - Finish concrete prep with radiant tubing for inspection on April 20, 2026.
Status of Project - April 9, 2026 - Underground plumbing and county inspection complete. Ready to finish concrete prep.

Status of Project - February 28, 2026 - Bids received and proposal presented to clients.
Status of Project - February 13, 2026: Septic Permit issued February 4, 2026; Building Permit issued February 9, 2026.
Status of Project - January 26, 2026: Permit package at Missoula County. Bid package out to bid. Bids due February 20, 2026.
Status of Project - November 4, 2025 - Design/drafting of plans for project began August 7, 2025. Final plans ready to submit to Missoula County.
Status of Project - August 1, 2025 - COSA rewrite to allow for second family dwelling began in March of 2025 and was approved.
